Jarrod Wells

Jarrod Wells has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jarrod began their career as an Accounting and Translation role at Siberian Pine, LLC in 2005 and later interned as a Finance Intern at Uralsvyazinform JSC in 2006. Jarrod then worked as a Benefit Plan Financial Analyst at Mohler, Nixon & Williams from June 2008 to March 2009. In May 2009, they joined ServiceSource as a Sr. FP&A, where they devised a simplified and automated method for calculating employee bonuses and commissions.

In 2011, Jarrod joined KPMG as an auditor before transitioning to PwC in 2012, where they worked in Audit, Systems, and Data Analysis. At PwC, they audited financials for technology sector companies, performed Sarbanes Oxley consulting work, and created productivity tools for service teams.

In December 2015, Jarrod joined Avast Software as a Finance Controller for the US Region. Jarrod held several roles within the company, including Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and Controller - US. In this position, they led accounting teams in the US and the Czech Republic, improved internal financial processes, and collaborated with engineering teams to enhance reporting to finance.

In 2019, Jarrod moved to D2iQ as Director of Finance & Accounting Operations. In this role, they oversaw the organization's accounting operations, implemented and maintained various systems, and ensured adherence to financial reporting standards.

Most recently, in March 2023, Jarrod joined Traceable as the Director of Accounting.

Jarrod Wells attended Deerfield Academy from 1999 to 2002. During this time, their degree and field of study are not specified. Following their time at Deerfield Academy, Jarrod Wells pursued higher education at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 2002 to 2006. Jarrod earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and English.
