Alexander Solovyev

Alexander Solovyev has a diverse work experience, including co-founding and serving as the CTO of TraceAir since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineer-Programmer at Aplana Software from 2008 to 2016, focusing on custom software development for a global traffic provider. Additionally, they worked as a Software developer at BMSTU, Library, Software Department from 2003 to 2012, where they were involved in library workflow automation and full cycle software development. Alexander also gained experience as an SDET Intern at Microsoft Corporation in 2007, and as a Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft Russia from 2004 to 2007, where they promoted Microsoft Academic Program and MSDN Academic Alliance program. Furthermore, they had a summer internship as a Software Design Engineer Intern at Microsoft USA in 2006, focusing on SQL Server Sustained Engineering workflow automation. Prior to entering the software industry, they worked as a System administrator and tester at Cyscom ltd. from 2001 to 2003.

Alexander Solovyev began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University from 2001 to 2006. Alexander then pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2006 to 2008. After completing their Master's degree, they went on to become a PhD student at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, specializing in Computer Science with a focus on Information retrieval from 2008 to 2011.
