Anthony Arocha

Anthony Arocha is a food safety and quality assurance expert with over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Anthony currently serves as Technical Services Manager at TraceGains, a software company that helps food and beverage companies manage compliance with food safety regulations.

Arocha began their career in food quality assurance with Nestle Prepared Foods in 2000, where they spent six years as a Procedures Analyst. In 2006, they joined Boston Market Corporation as Quality & Food Safety Manager, where they oversaw food safety and quality assurance for 580 store locations.

In 2009, Arocha joined Nestle USA as Operational Purchasing Manager, supporting the operational purchasing needs of the Denver business. Anthony remained with Nestle for three years before joining TraceGains in 2012.

Anthony Arocha has a B.S. in Food Science & Technology from Texas A&M University. Anthony is certified by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and as a Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) for Importers of Food for Humans and Animals.
