Chip Lewis

Chip Lewis has a diverse work experience in contract management. From 2022 to present, they serve as the Sr. Director of Contracts at TraceLink. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2022, they held the role of Director of Contracts at the same company. Before joining TraceLink, they worked at CSC from 2009 to 2017, where they were the Senior Contracts Manager and North America leader of the Cloud and Hosting Contracts Group. At CSC, they reviewed and negotiated various types of agreements, developed templates, and managed contracts related to cloud services, software licensing, and reseller relationships. From 2000 to 2008, Chip worked at Iron Mountain as a Contracts Manager. There, they were responsible for reviewing and negotiating domestic and international service agreements and amendments for multiple service lines. Chip'sexpertise covers areas such as information storage, secure shredding, consulting, and reseller relationships.

Chip Lewis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with a focus on Music, Media & Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Chip later pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, attending from 1996 to 1999.
