Kelly Hoang

Kelly Hoang has over 20 years of accounting experience. Kelly began their career in 1996 as an AR Specialist at Golden West College, where they were responsible for billing, cash deposits, and post to A/R sub-ledger. Kelly also collected outstanding A/R and all miscellaneous accounting functions. In 1999, they joined Marriott Hotel as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where they were in charge of invoicing large accounts from $5K - $500K per event. In 2000, they moved to Electrolurgy, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where they maintained the general ledger and performed month end closing. Kelly also reconciled multiple bank statements and processed payroll. In 2003, they joined Web US Mail, Inc. as an Accounting Manager, where they managed the staff responsible for day-to-day accounting functions. In 2006, they became the Senior Manager of Accounting at WebVisible, Inc., where they managed a team of three and was responsible for daily cash flow forecast, month end closing, payroll processing, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed asset, monthly inventory reconciliation, sales commissions, and expense report reimbursement. In 2011, they were appointed Corporate Controller at RealPractice, Inc., where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month end closing. In 2012, they joined SVF Flow Controls, Inc. as Controller, where they oversaw day-to-day all finance, accounting and human resource functions. In 2015, they joined Evisions Inc. as Accounting Manager, and in 2020, they became a Sr. Manager Accounting at Trace.

Kelly Hoang attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 1998 to 2001, studying Accounting.
