Daniela Pavan

Daniela Pavan has extensive experience in sales and commercial management across various industries. Daniela served as a Commercial Representative at Myralis Pharmaceutical Industry from January 2017 to October 2018, achieving a 30% sales increase for two products. Prior to that, Daniela worked as a Commercial Consultant at Boticario Group from March 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and enhancing retail revenue. As Sector Manager at Avon Cosmectics from January 2005 to August 2013, Daniela managed a large sales team and significantly increased sales metrics. Daniela also held the position of Divisional Sales Manager at Odorata from May 2019 to February 2020, overseeing a vast network of managers and resellers in the São Paulo area. Currently, Daniela is the Sales Coordinator at TRACK&FIELD since July 2025. Daniela holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Toledo - Araçatuba.
