Mario Mello

They are a veteran business executive with more than thirty years of experience in financial services, banking, fintech, digital payments and venture capital, focused on Latin American operations. Currently, they serve as VP of Transformação Digital, Marketing e Produtos at Safra and are a board member at TRACK&FIELD and HBR Realty, in addition to being the founder of Poder do Voto. Earlier in their career, they led PayPal Latam as VP and General Manager and held executive roles at Visa, ABN AMRO Bank, Banco Safra and other organizations, while serving on boards such as PicPay, Cielo, Alelo, Valor Capital Group and Construtora Tenda. They earned a civil engineering degree from Escola Politécnica da USP (1984-1988).
