Niran Hen began their career in 2017 as a Part Time Worker at ecoclean. In 2019, they became a Freelance Fullstack Developer. In 2020, they joined CodeByZ - First Time Right Software as a Full Stack Developer. In 2022, they were promoted to Full Stack Team Lead at Track160.

Niran Hen attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Practical Software Engineering degree in the field of Computer Software Engineering.
