David Matos is an experienced AI and Computer Vision Engineer currently working at Track32 since September 2021. Earlier, David completed an internship at ViNotion B.V. focusing on the impact of license plate obfuscation on object detection performance while implementing advanced object detection networks using PyTorch. As an Accumulator Engineer at University Racing Eindhoven, David contributed to CAD design and FEA analysis, and as a Junior MEP Engineer at Blue AEC Studio, responsibilities included modeling and coordinating MEP systems. Previous roles include Catalyst Development Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Suspension Team Lead for Formula SAE, and a quality control intern at Copa Airlines. David holds a Master of Science in Automotive Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
