Tom Nessen

Tom Nessen has over 30 years of work experience. Tom most recently worked at TrackAbout, Inc. as an Enterprise Sales professional. Before that, they were an Advisor at StartProto and a Sales Director at MachineMetrics, where they led the Go-To-Market function for their industrial data platform.

Prior to these roles, Tom held various positions at Plex Systems, Inc., including Head of Sales & General Manager, DemandCaster BU, Director of Solution Engineering, Manager of Solution Engineering, and Senior Solution Engineer. At Plex, they built a world-class SaaS sales team, implemented a proven sales process, and expanded partnerships with key strategic partners.

Tom also worked at Infor Global Solutions as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they led the technical sales efforts in the sales and marketing process. Tom served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Practice at The S3 Group, Inc., where they led new business development and growth for a boutique Supply Chain Consulting service practice.

Additionally, Tom worked at Plan4Demand as a Senior Consultant and Practice Lead, supporting business development and closing new implementation service contracts. Tom also gained experience as an Implementation Project Manager at Innotrac, leading a team to implement Manhattan Associates PkMS WMS.

Tom began their career at Manhattan Associates in their Consulting Group. Tom also had early work experience as a Cooperative Education Student in the Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering organization at Shaw Industries.

Tom Nessen attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
