Nerissa A. is a highly engaged IT Security and Salesforce professional with extensive involvement in various educational and experiential programs. Currently serving as a GIAC Advisory Board Member, Nerissa contributes to discussions among IT security experts while actively participating in SANS Cyber Immersion Academy and ServiceNow's NextGen Extern program. As a Tracked Fellow at Tracked Ltd, a Clicked Learning Community Member, and a Salesforce Learner, Nerissa invests in building skills across analytics and Salesforce technologies.
