Eric Narcisco is the founder and chief executive officer of Tracker, a company that uses AI and computer vision to transform residential property management. They previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Effective Coverage (2007–2024) and as Chief Executive Officer of LeaseTrack (2019–2024), and guided those firms through an acquisition by Baldwin Risk Partners. Earlier in their career, they worked at Chubb as World Wide Real Estate Practice Manager (2002–2009) and at AT&T as an Analyst (2000–2002). They earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rider University (2003–2006).
