Michael Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career as an Associate Pastor of Families and Caring Ministries at First Church Congregational Boxford in 2005 before transitioning to lead and founding pastor at sovG (Sovereign Grace Community Church) in 2009. In 2015, they joined Newbury Consulting Group as a Business Development Manager, where they helped businesses optimize their HCM and HR technology investments. Subsequently, Williams worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Astadia, leading inside and outside sales teams. Michael also founded New England Life & Executive Coaching in 2013, offering coaching services to over 1000 clients. Williams is the co-founder and COO of the Cancer Strong App, a revolutionary cancer-focused app developed in collaboration with the ACS. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Newbury Partners, Flex Technology Group, and Praos Health Inc., focusing on sales, global sales, and new business development. Currently, Williams holds the position of Vice President of New Business Development at Tracker.
Michael Williams has a Master of Arts in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where they studied Greek, Hebrew, World Religions, History of Christianity, Leadership, and Counseling. Michael has also taken five courses at Harvard Divinity School in Religious Studies. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University, where they studied Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, African Religions, and Modern Israeli Hebrew. Michael attended Traverse City Senior High School for their secondary education.
