Jose Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant in the Computer Technology Department at the University of Alicante. From 2012 to 2015, they pursued their PhD in the same department, specializing in privacy protection in images and videos. During this time, they developed algorithms for person recognition and image modification using artificial intelligence techniques. In 2014, they had a doctoral stay at the School of Computing and Information Systems at Kingston University. Following their doctoral studies, they worked as a Freelance Programmer Analyst from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they served as an Analyst Programmer, contributing their skills to various projects. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Prensalink.com, where they played a crucial role in overseeing the company's technology operations. In 2020, they co-founded Trackingplan, a company where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder.

From 2008 to 2010, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a degree in Computing Engineering. Following this, they pursued an Official Master's degree in Computer Technologies from 2010 to 2011 at Universitat d'Alacant. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they enrolled in a Programa de Doctorado Tecnologías de la Sociedad de la Información (Ph.D. program in Information Society Technologies) at the same university and specialized in the field of Computer Science.
