Leonardo Custer is the Director and Co-Founder of Big Partners, an agency that specializes in brand management and strategic communication in digital formats for small luxury hotels. With over 17 years of experience, they have worked with renowned hotels like Awasi, Nayara, and Montana Lodge. Currently, Leonardo also serves as the Director and CFO of TrackingTime, a collaboration app that enhances project management and productivity for businesses. Previously, they held an auditing position with the Auditoría General de la Nación from 2002 to 2004.
