David Cardew

David Cardew serves as the General Manager & Vice President of Sales at Trackman, overseeing operations, strategy, and sales execution in Japan since January 2015. His leadership emphasizes recruitment, training, and employee development to enhance team performance and business growth. David has extensive experience in sales leadership, having previously held positions such as Senior Sales Director and Director of Sales in Central Europe, where achievements included exceeding sales quotas through effective coaching. In addition to his role at Trackman, David contributes to the PGA of Germany E.V. as a Referent and has served as a motivational speaker for the Hamburger Golf Verband. David holds ongoing education at INSEAD and has certifications from the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
