Johnathan Thrush is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer support and service roles. Currently serving as the US Customer Support Manager at Trackman since March 2023, Johnathan oversees a team focused on achieving high customer satisfaction, trains new hires, and manages sensitive customer interactions. Previously, Johnathan worked as an Enrollment Advisor at National Education Partners, providing guidance to students on academic programs and admission processes. Experience also includes roles in guest services with the Phoenix Suns and the TPC of Scottsdale, alongside ticket operations and game operations with the Fiesta Bowl and Arizona Diamondbacks. Johnathan holds a Master of Arts in Sports Psychology from Northcentral University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business (Sports and Media Studies) and Sports Business and Media Studies from Arizona State University.
