Nynke Jongstra

Nynke Jongstra is currently the Product Support Manager at Trackman, where they focus on enhancing support processes and training the customer support team. Previously, Nynke served as a Human Resources Intern at EA BROEKEMA BV, managing HR tasks and conducting research on employee satisfaction. Earlier roles at Trackman included Product Support Specialist and Customer Support Specialist, where Nynke resolved advanced technical challenges and provided effective solutions for customers. Nynke also conducted research for a bachelor thesis at Gemeente Westerwolde, aiming to promote the sustainable employability of older employees. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
