Aaron Storrs

Aaron Storrs has held several roles in the engineering field since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Tasting Room Hospitality, Sales & Mail Order Specialist at Storrs Winery. Aaron then served as an Engineering Intern at NASA Ames Research Center from 2014 to 2017. During that time, they led a software design team on an autonomous systems project. From 2017 to present, they have held various roles at Venture Backed Stealth Startup, including Director of Engineering, Senior Manager of Applications Engineering, Lead Systems Engineer, and Senior Hardware Engineer. In this role, they developed complete IoT solutions from concept to prototype, managed engineering business development in a customer-facing role, and designed and built hardware. Additionally, they were Team Lead at Urbavore from 2017 to present, where they led a senior design team to develop a low cost, closed loop control hydroponics system.

Aaron Storrs attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. In 2013, they also attended the University of California, Davis, studying Viticulture and Enology.
