Garrett Callen has worked in various engineering roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at Motionloft, where they were responsible for board level design and layout of IOT devices, troubleshooting of various circuits, and project lead on multiple alternate power projects for devices. In 2017, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at Paired Power, where they oversaw production runs of 12 different PCBs, built test fixtures and wrote test programs to streamline the testing process for all circuit boards, and created custom hardware such as backplates and heatsinks using Solidworks. In 2019, they worked as a Jr. Electrical Engineer at Compology, where they led an RMA team responsible for finding and fixing any failures in fleet of IOT devices and decreased the fleet failure rate from 2.5%/week to less than . Finally, they are currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer at a Venture Backed Stealth Startup.
Garrett Callen attended the University of Oklahoma's Gallogly College of Engineering from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
