Joseph Heady has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career at Uber as a Driver in 2014. Joseph then worked at BHOGART LLC as an Automation Engineer from June 2018 to December 2018. After that, they joined San Jose City College and held positions of Student Trustee from July 2017 to May 2018 and ASG President from May 2018 to May 2019. In 2018, they joined a Venture Backed Stealth Startup as a Test Automation and Characterization Engineer until July 2020 when they assumed the role of Manufacturing Automation Manager until June 2022. Currently, they are working as a Staff Automation Engineer at the same startup. Additionally, Joseph Heady has also contributed to the robotics and automation field as the President and Founder of the SJCC Robotics & Automation Club starting from October 2015. Additionally, they served as the Director of Programs at the HomeBrew Robotics Club from January 2021 to January 2022.

Joseph Heady has a diverse education history, starting with a Diploma of TESOL from the Will-Excel TESOL Institute in 2011. This certification equipped him with the necessary skills to teach English to speakers of other languages.

In 2016, Joseph pursued further education at San Jose City College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Mathematics in 2019. This degree provided him with a solid foundation in mathematical principles and problem-solving techniques.

Recently, in 2022, Joseph embarked on professional development by attending the MIT Professional Education program. Although they did not pursue a degree, they focused on Applied Data Science & Machine Learning, expanding their knowledge and expertise in this field.
