Raka Paliwal

Raka Paliwal has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they started as a Senior Business Analyst at HCL Technologies. Here, they co-ordinated with customers to gather feedback for existing services and translated them into business requirements. Raka was awarded the LiveWire award for improving customer satisfaction (CSATs) by 90%. In 2015, they moved to Sears Holdings Corporation as a Lead Technical Associate. Here, they gathered client requirements, prepared project plans and product roadmaps, and received the Applaud award for building a new process that helped remove duplication of user problem tickets by 55%. In 2017, they joined Schlumberger as a Project Manager. Here, they interacted with stakeholders and clients, built the project plan and statement of work, and led scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams. In 2021, they joined San Jose State University as an Instructional Student Assistant. Here, they helped professors research global innovation and leadership topics, assessed student performance, and built student performance grading reports. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at a Venture Backed Stealth Startup.

Raka Paliwal has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Sri Balaji College of Engineering & Technology,Jaipur from 2006 to 2010, a PGDM in Information System from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2011 to 2014, and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from San Jose State University from 2020 to 2022.
