Megan Conway

Megan Conway began their career in 2017 as an HR Manager at NormaTec, a global leader in rapid athlete recovery and rehabilitation. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at Hyperice, Inc., a company dedicated to providing athletes with tools that improve performance. Most recently, in 2022, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at Tracksmith, an independent running brand.

Megan Conway holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
