Sandy Cass

Sandy Cass is a seasoned investor and finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Red Swan Ventures since September 2020, Sandy focuses on supporting founders in their growth to become exceptional CEOs. Through an angel investing role that began in September 2008, Sandy has backed numerous startups, including notable companies like Bonobos and Reddit. Additional board positions at Tracksmith and AYR, as well as advisory roles at Coffee Meets Bagel, highlight Sandy’s influence in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Previous experience includes CFO/COO at Artsy, VP of Finance at Bonobos, and principal at JLL Partners. Sandy's educational background includes a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
