Team Lead, Client Success at Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik

Christopher Pam has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Christopher currently works at Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik as a Team Lead, Client Success since February 2023. In this role, they lead and mentors a team of Customer Success Managers while also acting as the principal CSM for a select group of Enterprise-level customers.

Prior to Amilia, Christopher worked at iPerceptions. Christopher held various roles including Customer Success Manager (Strategic Accounts) from June 2012 to February 2017, where they ensured high customer satisfaction and retention while managing a large portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts. Christopher also served as a Web Marketing Specialist from January 2011 to June 2012, and as a VOC Analyst (Research) from March 2008 to January 2011. In these roles, they developed and maintained products, websites, and provided research and analytical support to clients.

Before iPerceptions, Christopher worked at P\S\L Group as a Project Manager from September 2005 to February 2007. In this role, they coordinated all aspects of project flow, from survey design to data analysis and report preparation.

Christopher Pam's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Concordia University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in High School from Lower Canada College from 1991 to 1998. Christopher also holds a DEC in Health Science from Dawson College, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Pam has obtained several certifications. Christopher achieved Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules, LLC in January 2022. In March 2021, they completed The SPEAR Program at Sales for Life. In January 2021, they received a Certificate of Achievement - Rising Star from TrackTik. Christopher Pam also has certifications in Coach of Match Officials from World Rugby (obtained in August 2015), Canoe Tripping Level 2 from ORCKA (obtained in May 2003), and Canoeing Instructor from ORCKA (obtained in May 2002). Lastly, they have a pending Level 2 Rugby Referee certification from World Rugby.
