Ramiro Enriquez

Ramiro Enriquez has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Ramiro is currently a QA Analyst - API at TrackTik starting from September 2021. Prior to TrackTik, Ramiro worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at FortisBC from May 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining data and software quality, including writing and executing test scenarios, system administration, and daily maintenance. Before FortisBC, Ramiro was employed at Coupa Software as a Software Quality Assurance - InvoiceSmash Tester from October 2013 to January 2017. Ramiro worked on a web-based automated SAAS invoice processing solution and collaborated closely with the development team. Ramiro also gained experience as a Software Test Engineer at Magenic Manila, Inc. (formerly Rivereo, Inc.) from June 2011 to July 2013, where they worked on customer relationship management and metal center software projects. Ramiro was involved in software installation, test script execution, test plan creation, and product testing. Ramiro's early work experience includes a role as a Quality Control Tester at Ayala Systems Technology, Inc. from June 2009 to January 2011.

Ramiro Enriquez obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Informatics International College - Manila Campus from 2005 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they have received the Tracktik Data Lab Certification and Tracktik Rising Star! certification from TrackTik in 2021. Ramiro also holds an ITIL 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert, achieved in July 2021. In terms of language proficiency, they successfully completed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test administered by the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in December 2010. Furthermore, they have obtained the International English Language Testing System certification from the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge English Language Assessment in January 2019.
