Sameh Mohamed

Sameh Mohamed has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sameh is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tracktor since May 2022. Prior to this, from October 2020 to May 2022, they worked as an R&D and Data Senior Software Engineer at iziwork.

Sameh has also been involved in founding and leading a healthcare optimization service called Paramedic Technologies, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder from December 2017 to March 2021. During their time there, they developed a platform that simplifies the ordering and management of ambulances, utilizing algorithms to enhance patient care. The technology is currently being used by state institutions as a response to the COVID-19 epidemic outbreak.

Sameh has also worked as a Freelancer from May 2015 to October 2020, providing consulting services to big corporations, startups, and small companies. Sameh'sresponsibilities included analyzing and enriching data, designing and implementing minimum viable products (MVPs), and integrating new APIs.

Sameh's academic experience includes a Postdoc Fellowship on Networks Security at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) from April 2017 to April 2020. During this time, they led a team and worked on projects related to defense against cyber attacks and ransomwares. Sameh also worked on Software Defined Networking (SDN) for the implementation of defense strategies.

Sameh has held other research and teaching positions, including being a Teaching Assistant at Ecole Polytechnique from November 2013 to August 2016 and a Visiting Researcher at Jagiellonian University from September 2014 to January 2015. Sameh has also worked as a Data Scientist at Banque de France from March 2013 to September 2013 and as a Research Scientist at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives from April 2012 to September 2012.

Sameh Mohamed has an extensive education history. Sameh earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 2009. Sameh then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Probability and Finance (DEA El Karoui) from École Polytechnique in 2012. Following that, in 2013, they continued their studies at École Polytechnique and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science in 2016.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sameh Mohamed also obtained a certification in Cycle Découverte de la France Entrepreneuriale (DFE) from ESCP Europe in September 2014.
