Federico Rio

Federico Rio is an accomplished executive in the construction and technology sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President - OEM at Trackunit since July 2023. With a robust career at Caterpillar Inc. from August 1999 to January 2023, Federico held multiple key positions, including Head of Digital and Technology Solutions for Construction Industries, where successful execution of the digital strategy led to $45M in revenues. Federico's extensive experience also includes significant roles such as Chief Engineer of Compaction and Area Manager for Americas South, showcasing expertise in design, engineering management, market expansion, and revenue growth. Federico holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has a foundational education from Associaçao Escola Graduada de Sao Paulo.
