Heidi Birch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll, operations, and finance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Payroll Partner at Trackunit since November 2023, Heidi specializes in managing EMEA payroll and ensuring compliance for Denmark. Prior to this, Heidi held various roles, including Team Lead of Operations at Y Soft, where contributions spanned finance and operations during the merger with EveryonePrint. At EveryonePrint, responsibilities included HR management, employee onboarding, and operational oversight. Previous positions include Operation Manager roles at BlueHat P/S and ITpreneurs, focusing on customer success and order processing, as well as a Technical Designer role at QA Consulting A/S.
