Michael Rickman

Michael Rickman is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in driving strategic technology initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Trackunit since November 2021 following the merger with ZTR, Michael previously held the position of Manager of Technical Strategic Initiatives and Software Development Manager at ZTR from December 2014 to November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Product Development Manager and Business Solutions Development Manager at TC Media, where leadership in Agile methodologies was implemented, and as Project Manager at Autodata Solutions. Michael also held various positions at Iciniti Corporation and Phoenix Interactive Design Inc., where responsibilities ranged from project management to software development and client solutions. Education culminated in an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics, Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
