Vanja Radonic

Vanja Radonic is an experienced professional in sales engineering and business development, currently serving as the Head of Sales Engineering at Trackunit since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team to expedite sales cycles and enhance customer adoption. Prior roles at Trackunit included Solution Architect and Engagement Manager, focusing on aligning technology with customer goals and managing customer engagements. Previously, Vanja worked as a Marketing Coordinator at RTX A/S, where efforts concentrated on B2B marketing strategies, product branding, and corporate communications. Experience also includes business development and sales at Steinwurf, internships related to change management and technology transfer, and volunteer work in various student associations. Vanja holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Aalborg University.
