Benjamin Long

Benjamin Long has been working as a Hardware Engineer at TrackX Technology, Inc. since 2021. Prior to that, they were a College of Engineering Ambassador and Undergraduate Student Researcher at North Carolina State University from 2019 to 2021. In 2020, they held several positions in the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, including President of Beta Delta, Initiate Advisor of Beta Delta, and Leadership Committee Chair of Beta Delta. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Summer STEM Camp Counselor at Terrific Scientific, where they helped spark the excitement of young people ages 5-14 about the multi-faceted areas of Science.

Benjamin Long began their education in 2014 at Weddington High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 2018. Benjamin then attended the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and received their High School Certificate of Completion in 2016. From 2018-2022, they attended both North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from each school.
