Chad Guthrie has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at the Center for Biomolecular and Tissue Engineering in 2013. Chad then went on to complete a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Technische Universität Wien between 2017 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: DSH-2: Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulgang from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in April 2017, and telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates in April 2017.
