Governments have had a harder time adapting to new technologies than businesses have. There are many ways that the public sector can improve the way it serves its citizens by using newer technologies and models. Smart city implementation is no longer a myth with cities like NEOM spending more than $1 trillion dollar is practical proof of traction. However what about cities that lack pockets and tight budgets implement smart city services? Trac is on a mission to change the way smart cities are defined by offering the CITY AS A SERVICE PLATFORM. We are the first to develop and deploy a plug-n-play microservice model of core municipal services through digital platforms that are data-driven and accessible via personal devices. Through this, we want to dissolve traditional tensions between residents and cities and improve sustainable-driven urban quality of life with the low-cost model.
