Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith currently serves as Vice President of Utility Development at Tract, where the focus is on accelerating responsible data center growth through the acquisition and development of master-planned data center parks. Previously, Brandon held the role of Manager of Energy Strategy and Power Delivery for Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Dominion Energy, where Brandon was Supervisor of Electric Distribution Design, Key Account Manager for Data Centers, and Project Manager for Electric Distribution from January 2011 to January 2022. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia between 2003 and 2007.
