Mitchell Nelson

Mitchell Nelson currently serves as the Director of Entitlements at Tract, a company focused on fostering responsible data center growth through the development of master-planned data center parks. Prior to this role, Mitchell was the Director of Land Entitlements and Acquisitions and Entitlements Manager at Baessler Homes. Additional experience includes positions as Community Development Director, Town Planner, and Assistant Contract Planner with the Town of Severance, as well as a Designer at TB Group, where responsibilities involved landscape architecture and land planning. Early career roles included internships and maintenance work, along with a background in sales at Jax Mercantile. Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University.
