Sailee Phase

Sailee Phase is the Director of Transmission and Interconnection at Tract Capital, where they focus on data center growth and grid interconnection strategy. Previously, they held roles at Invenergy, including Senior Manager, where they developed interconnection strategies for renewable energy projects. Sailee has also gained experience as a Transmission Operations Engineer at NiSource. They completed a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems from Arizona State University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
