Felix Lau

Felix Lau currently serves as the General Manager at Tractable, where responsibilities include overseeing North America Go-to-Market teams, global partnerships, and post-sales customer functions, contributing to exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. Prior to this role, Felix held various leadership positions at Hyperscience, including VP of Global Customer Success and Partnerships, and was instrumental in scaling the Customer Success team and establishing a data labeling team in Bulgaria. At Calero, Felix directed Customer Solutions and Strategy efforts, implementing a consultative sales approach to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes. Earlier career experiences include positions at Union Square Associates and Zeborg Inc, where Felix specialized in telecom consulting and procurement software, respectively. Felix holds an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in the same field from Cornell University.
