Débora Rocha

Débora Rocha is currently employed as a Customer Success Engineer - TracOS® Leader at TRACTIAN, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ciser from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Leader, Project Management Office, and Production & PCM Planner. Before that, they worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Körber Tissue Latin America from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for controlling production, return, and rework indicators, as well as mapping knowledge and assembly processes for paper conversion machines. During their time there, they were awarded first place in the Perini internship project.

Débora Rocha attended Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina from 2014 to 2020, where they studied Engenharia de Produção e Sistemas.
