Willian Löschner has worked in the engineering field since 2008. Willian began their career as a Mechanical Technician at STP Technology Industry and Commerce, where they were responsible for developing schematics and PCB layouts, assembling and testing electronic prototypes, and CNC and conventional machining. In 2012, they moved to Petrotec Components as a CNC Programmer. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at GDE, first as a Supervisor of Engineering, where they were responsible for project management with the client, meeting automotive market requirements for development - APQP, and monitoring homologation tests. Willian then became an Electronic Designer, where they were responsible for developing automotive lighting solutions, analyzing standards and specifications, and developing project documentation. Finally, they were a Technician, where they were responsible for developing schematics and PCB layouts, 3D modeling of electronic and mechanical components, and developing jigs and dedicated devices (hardware and firmware) for automated product testing. In 2022, they moved to TRACTIAN as a Hardware Engineer.

William Löschner has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they obtained between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from Anhanguera Educacional between 2014 and 2015. Willian also has an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from FESP - Faculdade de Engenharia São Paulo, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012.
