Fred Brown

Fred Brown is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the healthcare procurement, gaming, and technology consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at The Group Savings Organization since August 2022, Fred is dedicated to transforming healthcare procurement and enhancing cost savings for professionals and organizations. Additionally, Fred holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Virtual Procurement Services, driving innovations through predictive analytics and vendor management since November 2019. As a Strategic Advisor for Traction Technology, Fred aids Fortune 500 companies in digital transformation efforts, while also contributing as Advisory Board Director for Gaming & Leisure®, a prominent voice in the gaming and hospitality industry. Previously, Fred was the Corporate CIO and Senior VP of IT at Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, overseeing technology initiatives for a global portfolio, and worked as Enterprise Services Manager at Penn Software & Technology Services. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from King's College.
