Dani Stiles

Dani Stiles serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Traction Ag since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership from previous roles including CFO at MentorcliQ, where innovative mentoring software solutions were developed to enhance employee programs from December 2017 to January 2024. Stiles also held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at SIFCO Industries, Inc. from June 2015 to December 2017, and served as Group Controller for the CTO division at Eaton Corporation from November 2008 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes a Controller role at Argo-Tech from 2002 to 2008, and significant auditing experience at Deloitte from 1998 to 2002. Stiles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
