Jacob R.

Jacob R. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jacob started their career at Spensa Technologies Inc in 2014 as an Associate iOS Engineer. During their time there, they built the Agronomic Platform iOS app in Objective-C and facilitated the transition to Swift. Jacob also utilized Core Data to enable offline functionality and data synchronization. In 2018, DTN acquired Spensa Technologies, and Jacob continued as an Associate iOS Engineer. Jacob provided direction and assistance to remote contract teams and oversaw the split of a large codebase into modular dependencies. Additionally, they developed a new companion app that utilized these modules. Jacob then joined Wheaton College in 2019 as a Teaching Assistant before joining Traction in 2021 as a Software Engineer.
