Jeff Johns is a highly experienced engineering leader with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently, Jeff serves as the VP of Engineering at Traction Ag and holds the role of Founder, Mentor, and Advisor at Today By Noon, LLC, where mentorship focuses on building remote teams and reducing technical debt. Former positions include VP of Engineering at Office Timeline and Sawyer, as well as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Formstack, where Jeff significantly contributed to the company's growth from a startup to a mature enterprise. Prior experience encompasses roles ranging from Chief Technology Officer at Plain, where a low-code CMS platform was co-founded, to Director of Engineering at Viddler, inc., and Engineering Manager at The Morning Call. Jeff’s foundational experience as a PHP Engineer involved leading development efforts for numerous clients.
