Brian Heithaus

Brian Heithaus has extensive work experience in software engineering, with a focus on senior roles. Brian began their career as a Lead QA Engineer at Social Game Company in 2011. In 2013, they joined Mashape as a Full Stack Software Engineer, where they were responsible for building various features and integrating Stripe credit card payments. In 2014, they worked at Presence Product Group, LLC as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a platform and dashboard. Brian then briefly worked as an Engineer at StealthStartup before founding their own venture, Tree Corps, in 2011. In 2016, they transitioned to an Independent Consultant role and later joined Traction in 2021 as a Senior Software Engineer.

Brian Heithaus attended Arizona State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Entrepreneurship. In 2013, they attended App Academy, where they completed a program in Full Stack Web Development. During their time at App Academy, they studied Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Backbone, CSS, and HTML5.
