Florian Wex

Florian Wex is currently the Firmware Lead at Tractive, bringing extensive experience as a team lead in the semiconductors industry with a strong technical background in Silicon Validation Tooling. They previously held positions at Intel Corporation as Team Lead for Silicon Verification and Validation Tooling, and at Infineon Technologies as Senior Manager and Director for Digital Design and Digital Verification in Automotive Radar. Florian began their career as a Hardware Designer, with contributions at Gleichmann Electronics Research and as an intern at MSC & Gleichmann. They completed multiple Master’s degrees at Hagenberg Campus - FH Upper Austria, focusing on Hardware/Software Systems Engineering and Secure Information Systems.
