Kyle Nathan is a Human Resources professional with over 6 years of operational HR experience and 4 years in executive-level HR management across the digital marketing, healthcare, and real estate industries. Currently serving as the Fractional Head of People at Suite Leap and in various fractional HR roles, Kyle has demonstrated expertise in building and managing teams, developing HR processes, and enhancing employee benefits. Previously, Kyle held director positions at Citra Urgent Care and The Rogers Healy Companies, where they significantly improved HR functions and employee engagement. Kyle earned a degree in Accounting from Texas State University.
