Laura Gray

Laura Gray has over 13 years of experience in quality assurance and validation testing. Laura worked as a Senior QA Analyst at Rural Sourcing, Inc. from April 2007 to October 2020. In this role, Laura had extensive knowledge of QA processes and test management systems, including HP ALM (Quality Center), Labware LIMS, and CAS. Laura was responsible for reviewing and approving requirements, conducting technical reviews, and validating custom configurations. Laura worked on client projects in various industries, such as Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Computer Software, and Professional IT Services. Currently, they are working as a Quality Assurance Lead at TracTru LLC since October 2020.

Laura Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Arkansas State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in August 2017, and in Google Ads Display from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in December 2022.
