Ritika is currently a Program Manager at Tracxn, having transitioned from an Associate Project Manager at Capgemini. They completed their Master of Business Administration at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu in 2022. Prior to their current role, Ritika gained experience as a Finance Trainee at MedTourEasy and engaged in equity research and portfolio management at Finoability, along with an internship at Digit Insurance.
