James Ryan is an experienced professional in policy and compliance management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Policy and Compliance at Trade Me since June 2010, James leads the Policy and Compliance team to enhance site trustworthiness and safety while maintaining relationships with various government agencies. Prior to this role, James was a Senior Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, focusing on consumer policy, and worked as a Policy Analyst at Federated Farmers, concentrating on economic policies for the farming sector. James holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Economics from Massey University.
